MQUCM01 OEM SYSTEMS COMPANY Review: The flip u & down is spring-loaded and the TV will stay in place once pushed-up, or hold it's position down once down..that's all fine. Plenty of flexibility with mounting (lots of holes, slots, etc)The only drawback was the swivel or rotation left to right...there's just one bolt and it doesn't slide properly....it's like the bracket was made to let the TV flip up & down, but not swivel left to right.
